Refund & cancellation policy

1. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment provided the cohort has not received custom dataset masking or mentor travel bookings specific to your organisation. Bespoke add-ons itemised on the invoice follow the partial rules below.

2. Full versus partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort or fail to deliver advertised synchronous hours. Partial refunds apply when you withdraw after materials ship but before week two—calculated as tuition minus direct costs already incurred (printed runbooks, third-party licences, travel deposits).

3. Non-refundable items

Certificate issuance fees paid to external auditors, couriered hardware kits, and international travel beyond Victoria are non-refundable once booked, unless Australian Consumer Law major failure remedies apply.

4. Process steps

Email signal@neuronpoint.digital with invoice number, participant names, and reason. Finance acknowledges within two business days, validates cohort progress, and issues a decision within ten business days.

5. Processing time and method

Approved refunds return via the original payment rail within fourteen business days. If that rail is closed, we arrange bank transfer with identity verification.

6. Cancellation by participant

Substitutions are allowed until seven days before kickoff at no fee. Late cancellations forfeit deposits stated on the invoice but never exceed the statutory caps under ACL remedies.

7. Consumer rights (Australia)

Nothing here limits your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund when services are not delivered with due care and skill, are unfit for purpose, or do not match descriptions on this site. You may escalate disputes to Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC while we continue good-faith dialogue.
